Project fish and hackers

So, the bad news is that someone decided to try and hack my website (for reasons unknown) and my hosting company shut me down. After endless scrolling through code and links I finally fixed the issues and im back!

The good news is that I have sold ‘Project Fish’ to a client whom I know will enjoy it everyday. I’m very happy to say that I am working on a watercolour commission for the same client.

Portrait Commision and Aquarium updates

I have been asked to do a portrait of a family member and said I would ‘try my best’ but so far have suprised myself. I took my time on this one and it’s going better than expected. There is so much concentration involved in portraits of people (hence why I dont usually bother, I am too impatient haha) I should really except more commisions like this. I need to belive in my painting a bit more. Here is the progress so far:

You may have noticed from previous posts that I have a slight aquarium/tropical fishkeeping addiction. I am forever trying to upgrade my stock, tank etc. and managed to grab a bargain light unit to fit my 5 foot aquarium :) I also have some new additions as well as on the verge of making my own glass sliding lid. My old canopy was made from wood and the lighting was quite poor. (My poor little plants) but now they will have plenty of light! Here are some update photos:

Inspiration Station

Where the magic happens….. this is my workstation right now.

(A bit smaller than I would like but hopefully gain a bigger space when I move house.)
